Hi, I’m Rhiannon and I am here to help you step up.

Until 2023, I was the CEO of Kiwi Wealth - a KiwiSaver fund manager which looked after over a quarter of a million Kiwis’ retirement savings. At the helm, I built a diverse and high performing senior team, clarified the vision and strategy, divested our corporate start up for $40m, delivered make or break technology projects, experienced operating systems highs and lows, and led the business through the sale process culminating in a $310m exit for its shareholders.

Through my time as CEO, and in my experience leading up to it, I amassed a range of skills and experience which you can leverage as you extend yourself across your own senior role.

I can help you with your transition and increase your effectiveness so you can deliver more by:

1) Stepping up. Every CEO was once a first time CEO and no doubt it’s a huge step up. With clear goals set by the Chair, I can support, coach and mentor aspiring and first time CEOs, leveraging the CEO essentials programme but making it bespoke to each person’s and organisation’s unique situation.

2) Acting as wise counsel. It can be lonely at the top - use me as a high level sounding board and I’ll help you recognise themes, identify anomalies and spur you into any required action.
